You will not hold the Franklin County Farmers Market, Local Food Marketplace, Franklin County Cooperative Extension Office, City of Frankfort, Park Board, Commonwealth of Kentucky, other Farm to Frankfort participants, or any employees or volunteers of said services listed in this agreement jointly liable for any complaints or civil or criminal actions that might arise as the result of Farm to Frankfort program participation.
You can support the food access and other work of our market by joining the Friends of the Franklin County Farmers Market and/or making a contribution to support our Double Dollars Program and other food access work. Simply add a Friends Membership or a contribution to "Support Access to Fresh, Local Food for All" to your shopping cart on the market's online store.

Instructions for all customers picking up at market:
Once the online ordering period closes, we are unable to cancel, change, or refund orders for any reason. If you are unable to come pick up, please try to find a friend to pick up in your stead. Any orders that are not picked up at the end of market (unless alternate arrangements have been made in the case of illness) will be donated to the Access Soup Kitchen or Franklin County Women’s Shelter.
If there is a problem with your order or you are missing an item, contact Katelyn Pinkston, online sales manager, at sales@franklincountyfarmersmarket.org.
Fees and Payments
The minimum order amount to be placed online is $10. This limits the percent of sales spent on credit card processing fees.
You must enter a credit card to be charged at the close of the order period or must carry a sufficient balance (prepaid with the Franklin County Farmers Market) to place your order. You must update your credit card information on file when your credit card expires or is deactivated. Your order will not be delivered if payment is not made before delivery.
You will be charged at $2.50 service fee each week you order.
