About Us
Salad Days Farm is a small-scale, certified organic farm in Woodford County. While the farm is 30 acres, production is kept down to an intensive 2 to 3 acres to keep the focus on growing quality produce. In business since 2015, the farm focuses on salad greens along with a variety of vegetables, herbs, microgreens, and fruits. We also have a commercial kitchen onsite to create value-added products such as pickles, jams, dried herbs and more!
Maggie Dungan, owner, works full time on the farm and manages all aspects of the business. A first-generation farmer, her passion for farming grew out of an education in nutrition and health. She was awarded Woodford County’s Outstanding Farmer of the Year in 2017 and is grateful to have the opportunity to follow her dream and support her local community by growing their food.
If you can't make it to market or wish to come visit our goats, we have an on farm store that is self-serve and open everyday 8 to 8. We also carry eggs, honey, and hot sauce in the store. Visit our website for more info!
