I am no farmer, but I love to use local organic produce for my food enhancing hot sauce. I produce local, small batch, handcrafted hot sauce for your taste buds just down the road in Midway, KY! Salad Days Farm (Versailles) is where I get my organic produce and they are brilliant at what they do! I bring a new style of sauce, favor first, heat second with no vinegar flavor.
