My name is Stefanie Sharp and I own a micro-homestead with my husband in Bald Knob called Promised Land Homestead. It was a dream of ours that we imagined as babies, right out of high school. It took about 15 years before it finally came to fruition, but now we are living the dream we fantasized about so many years ago, and now we have two beautiful daughters that we get to share it with. Life took a difficult turn when my oldest daughter was born and was diagnosed with MCAS at around a year old. Trying to help her caused us to dive head-first into the things we allowed into our bodies, into the air that we breathed, onto our skin, and in the atmosphere of our home. We had to learn what real food was and cut so many things from our lives, sacrificing convenience for real. My degree in culinary arts, background in the food industry, and my decade-long journey with my own gluten allergy equipped me to be able to make the modifications necessary to give relief to our daughter. What we do on our homestead and sell under our business name is an extension of our own lives; the knowledge we've gained, and the struggles we've experienced. 

Our home is certified through the state as a cottage bakery and I offer all organic, gluten-free, and dairy-free food options. All of our food options are also refined sugar-free (except any foods containing chocolate morsels), corn-free, and soy-free. 

I offer hot-process soap bars made from-scratch with olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, and local beef tallow. We do not use any synthetic scents or colorants in any of our soaps. 

I also offer non-toxic options for candles, wax-melts, and room sprays. I use certified 100% natural fragrance oils derived from essences, extracts, and essential oils. 

Our farm is full of very loved and spoiled chickens, ducks, and rabbits. All of our animals are fed an organic, corn-free, soy-free diet, and we let our birds free-range on our property. We do sell our eggs when they are available. 

We have nothing synthetic, ever!
